its initial development as part of a United States Department of Defense
research project in 1973, the internet hit the ground running in the 1990s,
connecting over 25 million computers in 180 countries, and has continued to
rise in popularity. The internet can be used to send electronic mail, chat in
real time and network around the world.

Phone
The
first modern cellular phone was introduced to the wold in 1983 by a company
named Motorola. Modern innovations have allowed the cell phone to rise in
popularity and become a part of everyday life.
